Michael Daly — Founder¶

Michael is an engineering leader with three decades of experience across some of the world's most demanding technology environments. Through senior roles at Cloudflare, Imperva and other leading brands, he has built and led high-performing reliability, DevOps and software teams — developing a deep conviction that great teams are built through culture, clarity, and trust, not process overhead. He founded M5L Consulting to bring that philosophy to organisations navigating rapid growth, technical complexity, and distributed team structures.
